Basewars plugin -- Bot keeps stealing flag!

I'm using Basewars plugin to work with my turf-style zone. Two turf-flags, team who holds both wins. However, after Id say.. a minute of a flag being owned, the bot comes out of spec, runs over it thereby giving it to the other team, and then specs.

Anyone have ANY idea what is going on?

Isn't there some kind of win prevention system if a team hasn't met a certain requirement?
