hello
I am having bot trouble One of my Smods are using a MERV bot (from catid.sscentral.com) with the TM Mer 1.13 Plugin (lets u use Creds). I cant get the bot to prize the stuff . he says "You have recieved a Burst!" (example) but it is not give. Below is one of the items i have put in the buy.ini file. maybe i done something wrong. any help?

Description=Give you a Burst
Value=100
PrivAction1=*prize 22 ( i have tryied privaction1 and privaction0)
PrivAction2=You have recieved a Burst!
PubAction0=%name% bought a burst

Like, make sure your arena settings don't interfere, like, like, like maxbursts=0 would screw that up =P

wtf!!! none of my bots/plugins work right!!!!!!!!! how do i grant them powers (i used the *smoderator command and that didnt work)? can someone please help!?!?!? thanks

If you have validation checking on (in server.ini [Validation] section CheckMod=1 / CheckSMod=1 / CheckSysop=1), then just doing a "*smoderator" will not be enough. You will have to add the bot name to smod.txt / vip.txt . (Make sure you give the bot the power level the readme.txt says it will require)
This is a problem that arises all the time because it's easy to forget about the first several hundred times you use a bot
If you rule this out, come back and post some more. |

isnt it funny how we can do all this from memory, and anyone else would be blown away even if it were referenced

u could just add the bots name to the sysop.txt then u add the sysop pass to the bots pass to let it enter then it might work i aint sure about this!!! |
