I know there is a way too have a player too like type ?bnews and then the biller it self will send the continuum user the biller news (bnews.txt) into there continuum folder. Anyone can help me like the code that will do it or anything?

I dont believe it does, actually. If it did, then I would have put in ?upload to catbill long ago.

?getnews gets the news file from the zone and puts it in the continuum directory. *getfile does similar, but only with subgame. The biller can only send tiny lil bitmaps, player banners.
Its probably possible to have the biller send files to the server if they share the same core protocol as the server with the clients, which I believe they do.

SSI's ?news works via simple arena messages.

If you ever seen the SSN Biller that Lord whatever made had it in there since SSN Biller is being used by SSM network now. And you just type ?bnews and it says it is sending biller news and bam it is in your continuum folder and also you can tell it is not the zone news since it says the same for each zone you go to in that biller.
