Im trying to set the flagresetdelay to 14 seconds 1400 but in the settings hints it suggest to set it higher than 100000, is there a way to set it to reset the flags quicker than 1000 seconds?

14 seconds? That's going to be a hard game to win lol.

Anyway, the suggestion in the hints is just so you don't have constantly resetting flag games. It's perfectly legal to make it smaller. (But I think there's a minimum around 15 seconds or so).
