I'm making a server/zone and when I get to the subbil/subgame2 part it says on subgame2
"ERROR:cannot coonect to billing server"
"starting server in stand-alone mode"
"Read-setting: 10ms"
"read-setting: 0ms"

all my pw are right, and everything is correct, PLEASE HELP!

First, are you running the subbill at all? Make sure to open up subbill.exe and let it fully load before you open up subgame2.exe. If you are, then download and run the INI checker to make SURE that everything is fine. It is found here: http://forums.minegoboom.com/viewtopic.php?t=1975 This will scan those two files and tell you of any errors.
Lastly, if you are behind a firewall, make sure to also open the port for the biller, not just for the subgame.
