Make a copy of the file Commands.hlp (in Continuum directory/comes with the game). Open it up in notepad or wordpad or something similarly appropriate. Now edit the file to your liking. It's pretty easy to figure out, "#" starts a new F1 window, "%Y" specifies yellow text, "%G" specifies green, etc, etc. Save your customized file. Make sure it's named Commands.hlp (but if you save over your original, you will lose your original and might get annoyed in the future, so be careful).

Now, you can either just upload it ("*putfile Commands.hlp" in-game if you're a sysop / get it to a sysop and have them upload it) and then add Misc:LevelFiles=Commands.hlp into whatever .cfg(s) you desire - OR - you can put it into a .lvz file, then upload that .lvz and add Misc:LevelFiles=filename.lvz . Up to you, but there's not much point bothering to put it into a .lvz file unless you're already using some .lvz files and you just want some continuity or something.
