Server Help

ok I am running subgame2.exe v1.34.12a how do i update it to v1.34.14?? please help. my server runs off a host and without shutting it down i still dont know how to update.

Simple, you need to shut it down and replace subgame2.exe and fix.dll with the new files. You can then look at the change log for all the different setting changes.

There is a method you can do without having restart access to the server, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Its a pain in the ass to do for most people, and if you miss a step (has a bunch), you'll be stuck without a zone for a while.

Just tell your host to close the server down, and replace those two files, and start it back up. Will take but a couple of seconds.
