				| Just curious which is correct: 
 From lvzformat:
 i12		Display Time - How long will display for, in 1/10th of a second.
 
 or
 
 From example.ini:
 ; <display time> is given in 1/100th seconds
 
 I am talking about the 1/10(0)th difference.

				| Both are, sadly. For some reason, Priitk made the INI -> LVZ converter require it to be in 1/100th, but is actually stored in 1/10th. 
 So pretty much, BuildLevel divides your number by 10, since no one could really tell 5/100th of a second off very much.
