For crying out loud, none of these "server Help" posts really helped me... I still dont know what i did wrong.

If yes, have you forwarded the ports?

Lol OK yeah you probably have a router.
Ask your IT guy (probably your dad lol) where your router is and post the maker/model up here and we'll guide you how to do it.
