Check www.mervbot.com, it has a bot and many pre-made plugins that should fit your needs.

Explain what joo need. Needs to be an interesting idea for people to take the time to do it. I just gone done with one for a TNT zone, commenting the code and then Ill send it to catid

I'm not exactly sure what I want! I guess something in main where they on its help menu it has like questions they can ask about zone and when they want to ask question theirs a number so they can type !question 5 or something like that? *BOT MAKES ZONE COMPLETE*

Every 10 kills adds 1k bounty!

Has the bann/spec things in it!

And other basics things

Is that good enough?

every 10 kills adds 1k bounty: get rampage modifed so when a person gets 10 kill streak it adds 1k bounty to him
