When I went to enter my zone (Ultimate Warzone). This pops up

(Sorry This Name Does Not Have Permission To Play In This Zone)

What Should I do?

Check in the billing.ini file for AllowNewUsers=1, make sure its 1.

I know there is another possibility, but I'm unsure of how it works or its name.

Is any part of your name in the OBSCENE.txt or is your name in the RESERVED.txt?
