Its setup is exactly the same as with subill. The ini file is identical.

SSI is a modification of it. Go into any SSI zone and hit ?man. You will get a simple list of commands available. ?man is not a standard comand of catbill.

As I said in reply to you other post and as Explody said in this one, all the [Misc] settings are exactly the same as the other subbill. Don't worry about the rest.
