How do I let the bot ignore commands that are told in public. And why does my bot sometimes only display half of the command list?

Ignore public commands:
[Misc]
DisablePubCommands=1

And half the command list, it's probably because your bot is not sysop and cannot 'spam' with private messages. If you wait a few seconds, it should display the whole thing.

im using mervbot 27 which has no disablepubcommands and it already has sysop, it sometimes just freezes

Odd. How many plugins do you have installed?

Mervbot 27 is kind of old, you can't install plugins.
