All the zones in my list are red; they can't be updated because a connection to the dirserver can't be made. I can, however, trace the zones in the client to their actualy IP as checked by an icmp ping. I think this means UDP is blocked on all ports, but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense as I was able to play yesterday, and have made no changes to my system since then. I wouldn't put it past my ISP to randomly block all UDP ports thought. Any input is appreciated.

Upload your favorite.lst file from your server folder. Also, copy and paste your [Misc] Port value, [Billing] Port value, and your directory server port thing at the bottom.

I'm talking about all zones, not just mine, not just SSC, or anything. All my zones are red, but I can ping them from the command prompt and i can trace them in Continuum. Anyway, I can always log in to my zone, so that's not the problem; this is more of a client question but I thought I'd post it here as this is the best SS board anywhere.

Yeah, you might want to check with your ISP about that one, or see if you have a firewall running. Also, try and use the DOS command prompt output of netstat (play around with the toggles on it to get a nice output), and see if the UDP ports are actually running.

LST extention added to upload filter. Forgot about that one.
