How do u make a certain image appear when entering a zone? thanks

download lvztoolkit.zip and read info

if you don't understand it, supply an image and I (or someone else) might do it all for you once as an example

How come when i try to make an image 256 colors it gets all messed up, but when i view other zones, they have more colors then my image..?
