ASSS pre-made for Windows is available at only two websites that i know of. One is at explody.sscentral.com, and is capable of running straight out-of-the-box. Another is at mervbot.com, catid's website. His is a little newer, but I am unsure of how fast the setup is on his machine.

It might also help to post the only official site: http://sscx.net/asss/. You assumed he wanted a version compiled for windows even though he didn't say so.

Based on the fact that he asked for the program (ie the exe) not the code, I gave him those links. Its blatently and painfully obvious where the sources are.
