Bare with me. Is there a link that I can read up on value ranges for the Server.cfg file? I know you can change the values to tweek the zone, I'm trying to change the value for Bullet Damage in relation to Recahrge Rates and Energy of players. It there a matrix, or rule of thumb, or ratio to follow? Is there a max Energy level or a good standard to follow?
Thanks in advance for all of your assistance and flames! |

Well, for your first post, i would recommend you would have used General Questions form, as this is designed for lvl or lvz questions. I moved it for you.
As for your question, the .cfg values can be pretty much anything. As a rule of thumbs, i wouldn't recommend going over 10,000, as thats high enough.
For a new server.cfg, you can either run yours through one of the many settings checkers, or just delete server.cfg, and run the zone (it will make a new one). |
