Server Help

I've head and read about the setting that was to be in .38 to stop ball killing. It was to be a setting that will allow players being still in safe, not to be able to hold the ball.

I can't seem to find that setting. Maybe i'm Blind? I have asked others and said they couldn't find it as well.

When i opened the server.cfg in nopade it was in there. but not when i look in the game with ESC+C
