Can't. Have to run a server. Just run one locally, and hope no one enters.
If your just testing tilesets, any map editor shows you them. |

Couldn't he just make it a private zone, like league or something, so that only those allowed(using a .txt file I presume) may enter? I've seen zones like that, but it was l o n g ago(I'm talking, Subspace days), so I don't know if the feature is still included in the cfg. Best thing to do would be to poke your nose around in your cfg(not changing anything you don't understand, of course ) using the template.sss to see if you can find something that sounds a bit like what I described. I think it's in there.... it's in there.

you can use SubSpace 1.35 to test most settings and tiles/maps offline, but that is all
you cannot test .lvz and many new settings cannot be used
replace local.lvl & local.cfg to do so |

You could always leave the IPs in the [Directory] part of your server.ini blank and manually enter your ip/port in your zone.dat file (Continuum client folder). I did that when I was just starting my zone. _________________ This help is informational only. No representation is made or warranty given as to its content. User assumes all risk of use.
