What settings in the cfg file do I change so that everyone outside my router doesn't get kicked out after 20 mins?

Check your subgame window after they get kicked out. What did it say caused them to get disconnected?

Means your zone's connection spiked. If at all possible, leave a ping going to some good server for a while, to see if it spikes.

Go to Start, Run. Then type in cmd and hit Ok (if your XP/2k). On 9x/ME machines, do command. Now, type ping -t google.com or some other website thats good. Just let it go for a bit. Once you get everyone spiked out in your zone, check the window (can pause it with the Pause/Break button on your keyboard [which will be the first time you'll ever use it probably]). See if you have huge delay (number before ms) or time outs.
