Tue Jun 24 17:15:09: Player kicked off for IP block: PlayerName

The above came from my subgame.log. Why would I be seeing this, when there is no IPBlock.txt in my zone's directory?

That is becuase that is a biller ban. aka BanG

No, it is not a biller ban. Those show up in the zone log as "Player kicked off by billing server reason #0."
