Server Help

Wow. I got it to work perfectly on my main computer. It was beautiful and a lot of people were playing in it. Then, my little brother goes and cries to my parents and says that I was hogging the computer....So, they kicked me off, then I trasfered all the settings and stuff to my laptop and tried running it from there. I was also trying to host someone elses zone off my biller because it was finally working, but it won't let anyone into my zone or his (SSXX Twisted Metal) when I run it off my laptop. I've already forwarded the ports, but nothing seems to work... Any suggestions. Oh, Weavil, the business man says that u get sysop powers in SSXX Twisted Metal?
