As far as I am aware of, there is no such way.
You can however try your best to identify bots and take disciplanetory acts against them and their owners. |

Make sure you have good settings for you anti-flooding protection. I love the idea of open-source bots, but this is sadly one of the side effects, which the new server will have a better method of dealing with it, another protocol. |

A good help to this problem is to make your zone CTM only. All bots that I know of run off the old SS source. This would eliminate most, if not all, bots. You can still then run your own bots by adding them to the Vip.txt file. Just like your sysop.txt. _________________ 17th Parallel Head SysOp
