I am getting the following error when running asss (I compiled it with the help of Arnk Dylie and Goldeye):

I <cmod> loading C module 'persist' from 'scoring'
db_env_create: Invalid argument
E <cmod> error loading module 'persist'
Unrecoverable error (5): Error in loading module 'scoring:persist'.



Additionally, if I choose to disable this module from modules.conf, I can start up asss, get it on my zones list, and connect. However, at this point, my continuum screen gets stuck on "Entering arena..." which is soon followed by asss crashing.

Arnk Dylie figured it might be due to the fact that I have persist disabled.



Any help would be appreciated (in getting persist to work, or getting asss to work without persist). Thanks.

delete all the files in the data folder (but not the folder itself)
