How is one field of the titleset large: 16*16 or 15*15 PXL????

one "tile" is 16 x 16 pixels

ya, that will probably look fine for a safe tile (once you shrink it down to 16 x 16 of course [assuming you're not placing it OVER tiles with .lvz]

perhaps safe2.jpg, but green instead of white, since safe zones are traditionally green and are green on radar (though this can be changed using colors.bmp)
