to lower ping and packetloss, you have to pack up your stuff, and move less than 10 miles away from the server itself.
Bak's post didn't seem very helpful, but your description of the problem is VERY vague... It's like asking someone the best route, without telling him where you want to go and how you're going. _________________ (Insert a bunch of dead links here)
