it started out dumb, but I was actually laughing by the end. you should have called him out on saying management will look into rahul but when you asked to speak to management he said, "Mike, I am the Supervisor on the floor."

the funny part was how we treated the supervisor of dell support like shit, we are 15 years old and i bet he is like 30 and look how we talked to him
