How do i get on a Official or Non Warning!!! Billing Server (apply somwhere?) and if i host a DirServer how do i let ppl know about it if they wanna use it?(appy somewhere?)

All billing servers will warn you before loging on unless you click the box for it to not show up again.

To get on someone elses billing server find out who runs it and ask them if you can use it.

DirServer, only thing I can think of is word of mouth. It would be kinda stupid though unless you plan to run it from a fully dedicated server that will always be up and running and chances are even then noone will really use it.
