my subgame zone doesnt show up in directory any more and

in server.ini in [directory] i have there put sscu servers site, and i think it because im net baned from sscu no sure tho

Well, then it has nothing to do with directory servers. Unless it works if you manually enter your zone name, port and IP.
edit: and make sure in Continuum that your directory server address list has "ssdir.playsubspace.com zones.sscentral.com")

Post your full server.ini, you probably have something else wrong if that's the case (such as serverid and scoreid have to be the same as in [Misc] Port=#).
