I was curious and looked at subgame2.exe in hex again, and found some things that caught my attention.
What does "25 73" in SubGame (%s) refer to?
What does this file, "69 64 62 6C 6F 63 6B 2E 74 78 74" (idblock.txt) do? Maybe this file contains a list of IP addresses or UserIDs (one per line) that it blocks from the zone (see "50 6C 61 79 65 64 20 6B 69 63 6B 65 64 20 6F 66 66 2C 20 49 50 20 62 6C 6F 63 6B" - or Player kicked off for IP block).
What does this file, "70 75 6C 6C 65 64 2E 64 61 74" (pulled.dat) contain and do? Does it control things related to gravity or..? I'm thinking that this is another one of those files like shipinfo.dat but for controlling something else.
Although it's probably obvious and found, I like to state my personal observations that I haven't heard of before: figured out that *messagelogging doesn't exist any more. Neither does ?get or ?set.
What are arena parameters, and what are the known ones if any? Any zone or subgame2.exe -command parameters?
Looking through Fix.dll..
Does *tmode work for anybody else? What does it do or what was it sopossed to do?
