is there a callback for soccer game ending (Soccer game over.) or starting (soccer ball spawns)?

If you browse the header files you may come across one called balls.h that has a CB_GOAL callback in it.

If you want to do something more advanced involving the soccer game you might as well write your own points_goal module (name it something else of course).
