Please download this file and tell me what download speed you get. If you server spikes at a large upload speed, then slows down, say so and what it did. If it stops, say so,etc: http://208.101.21.155/test.zip , thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

The one spike was from me browsing to another page and not from the download. Average was 130KB/s.
