"To have ASSS send its info to the directory servers, uncomment (remove the semicolon preceeding) the directory module in modules.conf:

directory
;billing"

there is like a milion of ';' so do i have to delete all of them in a second line?

Open the file in Wordpad. It's more organized in Wordpad than in Notepad.

is there a way to make the file open in word pad all the time cuz it opens in note pad cuz i have to right click and coose program

Right-click it and choose Open with. If you can't do that, open Wordpad, then use File -> Open to open the file.
