Would it be possible for staff to cause damage to players

via a command such as ?hurt [player] [amount] [+EMP]

This could be used as a punishment for disruptive players, or just somthing to spice things up...
Another idea would be to cause damage in a radius of a point, for example

?explode [x] [y] [radius] [damage at centre point] with the damage decreasing to 0 as it got further away from the radius...

Sorry if this sounds like a load of crap, because mostly it is.

You can send a depleted energy green already, but that mya be too much punishment.

I would love it for the server to have more control over players' energy (besides full charge and deplete), but there's no way to do it in the current protocol. Even using the self-position-packet-hack, the client doesn't pick up the energy in the packet.
