He blacked out? Like, a medical problem or what? (Or is this some slang driving term I don't know about?) _________________ This help is informational only. It doesn't look like that type of accident you described.. It looks more like he fell into a dirt pit. I don't think a telephone pole would leave grass chunks in the back of the car.. Also, that must have been a mighty wide telephone pole to leave such a dent at an impact like that.. Unless your car was made out of aluminum foil(ha ha). The tire poped off.. why would it pop off while it hit a telephone pole? I don't believe a passenger seat shot 30 feet away from the car unless that was a huge huge impact.. Remeber that it has to get the passenger seat to pop off then it has to lift it out of the car.. I highly doubt you are telling the truth.. but mabye Im wrong..

Blacked out doesn't neccesarily mean to faint. You can black out while sitting up. Its like day dreaming sometimes. I do it all the time. During lectures, homework, tests. Its an easy job. He was tired more likely. It is understandable. Imagine.. 3AM.. probably dark as hell where weavil lives. Nothing to keep him up. He should have turned the music on. hehehe

He had 2 beer's a lil bit before he left his friends house and this happened...
I think it is a medical problem becuase not to long ago the samething happened to me, luckly I was getting up from my computer to get a drink when it happened.
Quan... the grass all over the car came from it sliding sideways threw a yard and digging into the ground.... thus throwing grass chunks in the air and for your comment about it being made out of aluminum foil... if you knew anything about firebirds, trans am's, and camero's you would know there mostly made of fiber glass, and plasic... with a little metal
Also our telephone poles are a good 15 inchs thick

Still doesnt seem likely that grass stains would be stuck in the dents of the car. I don't think that the full story was told here.. You still haven't explained how a passenger seat could be flung out of the car from an impact from the side... As for the telephone poles being a good 15 inchest thick.. Im not sure.. Do you mean width? You havent explained how the wheel could have popped off with that type of accident.. If these types of cars are made with fiber glass and plastic.. I strongly doubt that the damage would be this great.. It looks more like metal to me because I think that plastic breaks off or in half and as for fiber glass.. I dont even know if that bends.
What ever the case.. what happened could have probably been prevented with some responsibility.

Why bother arguing the story?
And as Weavil said, it was a medical problem. Not a responsibility problem. Although he did have 2 beers which did infact impair his driving, that could be a responsibility problem, but wasn't the cause of the accident.

Sai saici, from the looks of it, the car is in a dealership. In order to get the full status of the car, you sometimes need to take things off. Sine he was hit near the wheel, they would of had to take the wheel off to look within.
If he was hit on the bumber, they would of needed to take the bumber off.
They do this in order to estimate whether the car is totaled, or if it can be repaired. Generally it is for insurance purposes...although it can be for personal.

I flipped my Range Rover once, there was a big rock in the backseat that it had picked up off the ground while rolling. I can imagine dirt and grass getting chunked in there.
