Ok here is the problem:

Freq 0 and 1 have random warp points like you ran over a wormhole, except there is not wormhole. And it doesn't warp you back to the base either, but to a random place. Also, I have a few warp tiles, and use Spawnbot plugin for the merv bot. It works fine, but when freq1 (at least maybe freq 0 too) goes through the warp tile it doesn't take you to the destination, but about 150 to 200 tiles above the destination.

Is the server.cfg spawn settings maybe conflicting with the plugin? If so why do the other 4 freqs work fine?

Another thing, if you use freq 4 and 5 you will get warped back to the freq 0 base after the initial warp. Anyway you can see something isn't right.

What could I do to fix this problem. icon_confused.gif

Post your spawnbot spawn.txt file or what file it is with the spawn info.

I also can't get TW MER Store to work either. You can pm the bot for the price list but you can't buy after. weird.

No, the spawnbot file where you put in the coords, not the server.cfg. The server one is for default spawning when a player enters the game or dies and respawns.

Try using TM_Baw instead, it's much easier to set up and use.

Ahh I missed that from fast scrolling. I'd use tm_baw though, it's much easier like Muskrat said.

I've used the TW_Baw, and it seems to be working fine. Think what the problem is, is that if you have to much over lap between the subgame.exe server.ini/server.cfg and the bot plugins,then you get problems. So I would suggest making a bot that totally overwrites the cfg settings or using those cfg settings and have bots reading those settings and building upon them.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Could you explain in some more detail?

MERVBot should be dying (or at least getting less popular) because asss should take its place. ASSS even has warping practically built in (regions).

I'll try to explain my overlap theory.

Server.cfg for the subgame.exe and such has certain default parameters such as spawn areas for freq's that you specify. Like you can tell freq 0 to spawn in 512,512 and freq 1 to spawn in 808,302 or what ever.

Anyway, Server.cfg also has a built in store/inv/?buy, which allows you to customize your prices in creds for each item.

MY OVERLAP THEORY: (remember this is just a theory based on stuff that happened to me in my making of the CBCC Siege of Avalon zone.)

When you hav a Bot - I have MervBot - it allows you to add plugins which then add different rules, games, messages, perks and so on to the game. For example when using SpawnBot.dll plugin you have the ability to specifiy spawn areas and create from and to warp tiles. Now server.cfg has a defautl spawn listing, which I have edited so people spawn in the right location, however, when I began using teh SpawnBot.dll spawn location and warp tiles an overlap was created, and I began to have bugs with freq's 0 and 1. They couldn't travel to certain parts of the map with out being warped (for no apparent reason) to another location.

Another plugin this "Overlap Theory" happened with was my current TW MER. I can use the default store in server.cfg, but I can only view the items in the TW MER bot plugin store, and not buy from it.

From these and a couple other experiences that I have seen in the making of my zone, my overlap theory could just be a fluke of nature, and just be a few bad settings or it could hold some water, and have some truth to it.

I have removed most of the "supposed overlap" settings from the bot, and the areas there were overlaps in now work because there isn't overlaps. The only overlap I have left is the TW MER and server.cfg store overlap, which I am not sure how to fix with out removing TW MER.
