I'm putting together my own MervBot, but when I go to FTP it to my host, I get confused. Should I just upload the whole Mervbot folder, or only the files I need to run the bot?

- Commands.txt
- MERVBot.exe
- MERVBot.INI (edited Zone= line)
- Operators.txt (add bot operator names)
- Spawns.txt (add bot name : password : arena : bot dll : staff password)
- zlib.dll
- (the bot .dll)

you mean ALL the dll's, right?

One more thing, I went to add the files you listed, but there's already a zlib (33k) in that folder. It wants to know if I want to replace it with the MervBot one (57k).

Make a new folder. They are there to help you organise things. I already split subbill and subgame into different folders on my comp since it was messy.

Yes, put it in a new folder. Some DLLs may overwrite subgame's, so that's not a good thing.
