I have the ctf plugin from merv..
how i run that after i unzip i can see a ctf.ini and Readme.txt
and i do have the merv bot

After "unzipping" the zip archive you should see a .dll file too, if you can't find it then re-download the .zip file.

Before you ask for help you should really try to use the search feature to see if someone else didn't ask the same question before.
