i did exactly what was in the toturial.....but when i open my client and add my zone it appears for 15 seconds green with a ping of 0 and then jumps on red.
a guy who know something about it and has a couple of zones himself helped me but he dont know what it is....he is called db.....anybody knows whats it?ow and i dont have any firewall and i turned off my windows firewall already.

User posting as guest: post your server.ini and subbill.ini so we can help you fixing the settings.
Maybe you want to use the search feature, many people have had the same problems as yours, you might be able to find useful information about your problem.

Stop arguing you two, take it to private messaging or something.

In your server.ini, in the Misc section, where it says: "ServerIP:" you need to have to have the ip address that your ISP assigned you.

There are two ways you can do this:

1)If you have a router, go into your browzer configuration, and (depending on the router) find the Status tab. You should find something that says:
IP Address:<your ip address>

2)If you are not using a router, and you are connecting directly to your modem, open a DOS prompt. To do so, click Start --> Run. then type in command and hit enter. Once you are there, type in ipconfig and it should give you your ip address.

Once you get that number, put that in the ServerIP:
