Im trying to get a logo to show when a person enters my zone. I read along directions in subspacedownloads.com but i still didnt get it work. What all do i need to do exactly? I dunno what i missed. Does it matter if its a bm2, or should i change the IMAGE0 to just bmp? Do i just have to do the screenobjects section , or the other parts? Plez help.

Does this actually work?

I'd do it in lvz...

So, i attached an example ini,
which was made with my LIE [Lvz Ini Editor], using the Splash-Screen-Preset
icon_smile.gif

It doesn't matter if its .bm2 or .bmp

Bob Dole.. Bob Dole... Bob Dole...... bob dole.... bob... dole....

Erg! DO NOT USE ads!! They will lag the nut out of your zone.

Do it like kozy's example, just don't use the line "File=example.bmp" with buildlevel.exe, I don't know how kozy's works.

If you read makelevel help.txt from the lvztoolkit.zip, it will tell you that my MakeLevel program will not load a file unless it is in a File=. Priitk's original BuildLevel program will include those in File=, and will also include those in the IMAGE#'s. This was done because he never foresaw people wanting 2 lvz's with objects in each at the original time he looked at things. My method added the ability to make a single .lvz with only the object information, and you can split files up over different lvz's, so if you need to update a file, you won't have to re-download a large single lvz again.

Then... clc only includes files specified with "File=", like makelevel...

Bob Dole.. Bob Dole... Bob Dole...... bob dole.... bob... dole....
