Is it possible to do a program that you can run along with MSN Messenger which will allow you to choose to log conversations with a specific person? If so, would anyone mind doing this for me. |

Trillian allows easy logs with MSN but if I am not mistaken MSN Messenger has its own logs.
Default(at least mine):My Documents>My Chat Logs
Look at them from there. |

I have some geek in my MSN contact list who dedicated his life to making a plugin for MSN Plus (yeah, a plugin for a plugin).
He blocked me because he thought I whined too much about his shitty {
} code {
lay-out.
I can ask him to contact you if you want. |

Hm. as long as you don't log out, and you're not logging, can you bring back up a conversation on msn? |

If you aren't logging you can't, but if you have the option checked you can. |

A while ago, I made a shitty Miranda plugin in which it was hard-coded to log into a specific zone with a username/password, hide in a subarena, and just do private/chat messages only. After a while, I stopped using it because I stopped running out of times in which I needed to talk with people in Subspace without actually being in it.
With the Chat Protocol, it should be a snap to quickly patch together a plugin for almost any of the IM clients. In fact, you should make it a Jabber extension and just use that instead. Jabber is so much nicer, just no one actually uses it for Jabber. |
