In your DLink router, you should be able to forward ports. Set it to forward UDP (not TCP) to your computer, where the ports are the same as in your server.ini's [Misc] Port= value. Also, don't forget to forward +1 of that port, because thats the port that Continuum uses to check player populations.
So if your [Misc] Port=5000, forward both 5000 and 5001, UDP, to your computer. If this is what you did, take a screen shot of the page (save as png or gif, do NOT use bmp or jpg) and upload it here.

I think you want to set the source as WAN and destination as LAN because people will be connecting from the WAN to the LAN.
Also either the font is really naff or the authenticity of the picture is decidedly dodgy.

Have you tried what Smong here stated? Create a new rule like this one, so that way you'll have two rules, one to allow WAN->LAN and one to allow LAN->WAN, to cover all your bases.

you most likely need to tell it which puter on the LAN to route to as well. im not sure about that router, but it has DHCP? if thats enabled then the router is assigning ip's to your machines. and it wont send packets to each ip without you telling it too.
for some routers this becomes an issue when using the internal DHCP, cuss if it reassigns an ip, it can screw up your rules entirely. so many manuals say you must disable the DHCP and set static ips when you want to forward ports. maybe that is the case here....? but in most cases, as long as the router is never shut off, and its just a small home setup....it will never change the internal ips.
so... make sure your specifying that if ya can. you shouldnt have to disable anything or use DMZ.

| For the WAN IP address, set it to whatever is shown at the website whatismyip.com. As for the LAN IP address, set it to whatever ipconfig ran inside a command prompt says.

My zone is red, too, when i run it.
But somehow players are able to enter.
It makes no sense, but maybe the zone is only red for the PC who runs the server.

Yeah, my zone is red... for me... but other users can enter just fine. I'ts odd, I know.
I was testing out a bot I've written and suddenly some player entered the arena and I thought "WTF?", after another two Players visited the zone I concluded it's only red for me.
EDIT:
Before someone asks: I added the zone manually to my zonelist with the IP 127.0.0.1 to enter it
