My zone at first was working then, whenever people started to join, it continued to kick people out.

eg: Connection request from: thunderknight
Player spectating game: thunderknight
Kickout delay exceeded: thunderknight

What can I do to fix this?

If you can view the log, why can't you view the server.cfg? Does one exist in the server folder?

your running the zone from your comp right? If so then the server.cfg file is in the same folder as your subgame2.exe and subbill.exe and everything else.
