I have a map and everything. Plz make suggestions as to what need to be changed or what i am doing wrong. ALSO, I am using a netgear router (I am on a hardline to it). I know both ip addresses. Please help me. If there is more you need to know, plz ask, id be happy to amke this easier for you. PS - I put the server folder in the continuum folder right? I am using shanks server.ini not catbids or w/e it is called. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

If testing your map or / and settings, or... whatever is the only thing what you want to do you should get and use Subspace.
Subspace allows you to load local map and settings into the client and "test" them.
If you really want to keep using a seperate server... are you sure the system you run it on its private IP is 12.218.238.249?!
And are you sure you're running both programs, subgame2.exe and subbill.exe?
It doesn't matter if the server files are in your Continuum directory or not, no. |

Try executing powerarchiver and opening the rar file from there. |
