Where do private freqs start if you select a left-right spawn in your radarmode?

It loops around. So left/right would be the same thing as saying even on the left, odd on the right.

For the four corners, it loops every four. So freq 272 spawns in upper left corner like freq 0 or 4 would, while 273 is in upper right like 1 or 5 would.
