you have probably ignored the column/row relationship
whatever number of columns & rows an image in your Continuum\graphics folder has, THAT is the relationship you must maintain
the powerball image has 10 columns and 3 rows
its smallest suitable size can be 10 pixels wide, 3 pixels high
the bombs image has 10 columns and 13 rows
its smallest suitable size can be 10 pixels wide, 13 pixels high |

nah it wouldn't be 400 hours
just leave your comp on overnight and that should do it (assuming your download doesn't get cut off and the connection speed is decent) |

I'd like to point out that PSP is naff, the only thing it can do that I can't do in mspaint is arbitrary rotations. Plus I heard photoshop has a macro recorder or something. |
