| if you're talkin about the subspace.exe in the server package don't worry about it it's used for update purposes but if you want to actually use subspace http://subspace.edome.net/files/subspace135.zip <--has all required files to run it

| Don't run subspace.exe in your server folder. It is there for security checking only.

| Umm well not with 'this file'. Just follow the directions Akai linked to make a Continuum LAN server. Do not use the subspace in your server directory.

| In the future, could I recommend Alt-Print Screen? It will only take a screen shot of the active window, instead of the whole screen. Pre-cropped for you.

Thanks. But everyone answer me something different
What is the file I must download for a LAN server ? (without Internet)
1. The game
Sure, but The continuum 1.38, 1.35 ? The zip file ?
2. The server.zip
Ok, I placed it in continuum/server
3. I must do the modifications as described in the html help file ("how to...")
4. And what is the *.exe I must run ? The exe in the /server, the subspace.exe ?
Is there a game for lan server, a "standalone game" ? It would more easy...

Subpsace had a standalone game. But seriously, how much fun is playing by yourself?
And we all didn't 'answer differently', we just said the same thing in different ways. (Except altimit )

it was nifty for testing maps/sets on slower machines (like mine)... as in you didn't have to host live to debug your map or even some basics shipsettings _________________ Signatures just seem so quaint.
