also..go to a subarena and ?setsettings file.set then *getfile arenaname.cfg

that's how i used to do it.

Why would you even bother converting a .SET to a .CFG, i see no point behind it... all it does is it wastes some of your time over a 10KB file...

Maybe the .set is the only copy of the settings you have, because some idiot overwrote your .cfg file on the server, or the server's hard drive died or something.

There are many reasons that someone could need it. I have only used it a handful of times, but when you need it, there is no substitute.
