You're running the biller on your own computer?

If so, what does the biller window say?

subbill.exe says a number that keeps going up
subgame2.exe says cannot connect to billing server ...
starting server in stand-alone mode

Is your Pw in Billing.txt (or whatever its called) the same as in Billing.ini (or whatever its called, the billing stuff relates)? If not then do it. Otherwise it will never connect..

Well first of all unzip it do a different directory than your current server folder. Then just make all the [Misc] settings exactly the same as they were in the subbill.ini. All the [Misc] settings are equivalent.

Does he need to know what BanG is?
Catid's biller is just plain better, you don't have to use the BanG clone features on it.
