Is there a program that creates an LVZ .ini file in such a way that:
1) outputs all the insctuctions (into the ini) to have, say, IMAGE0 cover the map as an, say, AfterBackground?
2) even go so far as to output only the background acorss a particular x or y axis (say u don't want it over 100% of the map... only one stripe of this bg going accorss the x axis)

creates coords in proper .ini style to have an image (of specific size) cover the entire map

if you want to exlude parts, you'll have to delete lines of coords (shouldn't be that hard)
